PCMU P&D: The Strategic Nerve Center of KP-RIISP
The Project Coordination and Management Unit (PCMU) under the Planning & Development Department is the central body responsible for the oversight, synchronization, and success of the entire program. We ensure all departments work in harmony to achieve high-impact, transparent results.
Strategic Coordination: Serving as the lead link between all PIUs (Agriculture, Irrigation, C&W, etc.) and the World Bank to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth execution.
Evidence-Based Planning: Developing annual work plans, budget utilization strategies, and long-term policies for sustainable rural development.
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E): Utilizing real-time digital dashboards and field audits to track progress, ensure quality, and maintain full transparency.
Donor & Government Liaison: Managing reporting, compliance, and steering committee sessions to keep stakeholders aligned with provincial priorities.
Capacity Building: Strengthening the skills of project staff through specialized training and documenting success stories for future knowledge management.
