  • Better access to basic services
  • Greater community participation and empowerment
  • Reduction in poverty

In the KP Rural Investment and Institutional Support Project, complaints or feedback can be submitted to the Project Management Unit (PMU), local project offices, or through the project’s Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM). Community representatives can also assist in lodging complaints, and unresolved issues may be escalated to the World Bank.

The KP Rural Investment and Institutional Support Project addresses environmental concerns by following World Bank environmental safeguards. It screens all subprojects for environmental risks, implements mitigation measures, ensures safe waste management, and promotes sustainable use of natural resources while monitoring compliance throughout project implementation.

Progress of the KP Rural Investment and Institutional Support Project can be tracked through official project reports, monitoring updates from the Project Management Unit (PMU), and community meetings. Updates may also be shared through government platforms and supervision by the World Bank.
